Descripción

Fmoc-5-aminovaleric acid is a synthetic molecule with potent antitumor activity. It has been shown to have a high affinity for the DNA of tumor cells and to inhibit the proliferation of cancerous cells in vitro. Fmoc-5-aminovaleric acid also exhibits favorable pharmacological properties such as low toxicity, lack of systemic side effects, and ability to be used in combination with other drugs. This compound may also be useful as a diagnostic agent or in molecular modeling studies due to its optical properties.
