2-Fluoro-6-trifluoromethyl-benzylamine is a pharmacokinetic compound that has been shown to have a high oral bioavailability in vivo animal studies. It is an analog of 2-fluoro-6-trifluoromethylbenzamide, which is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme diazonium salt hydrolase and has been shown to have anticancer activity. This compound has demonstrated the ability to enhance the anticancer activity of other compounds by inhibiting their degradation. The 2-fluoro-6-trifluoromethylbenzylamine structure also exhibits conformational inhibition activity, which may be due to its enhancement of other drugs' antitumor effects.
