Información del producto
- 4-Fluoro-4'-formyldiphenyl ether
- Benzaldehyde, 4-(4-Fluorophenoxy)-
4-(4-Fluorophenoxy)benzaldehyde is a potent blocker of voltage-gated Na+ channels that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of chronic pain. It is a structural analog of 4-aminobenzoic acid and has been shown to inhibit voltage-gated Na+ channels in a whole-cell patch-clamp technique. This agent also interacts with α subunit of neuronal voltage-gated Na+ channels, which may lead to an analgesic effect.
