Descripción:2-Fluoropyrazine is a heterocyclic compound that has been shown to be an efficient catalyst for the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. It reacts with nucleophiles such as hydroxy group, chlorine atom, and hydroxyl group. The 2-fluoropyrazine catalyzes the formation of a carbon-nitrogen bond in a nucleophilic attack on an oxadiazole ring. 2-Fluoropyrazine has been found to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and infectious diseases by inhibiting the synthesis of RNA and protein. It also inhibits the replication of viruses by binding to their RNA polymerase.
