Descripción:Fluorolink(R) D is a potential anticancer agent that inhibits the synthesis of mevalonate, which is an important precursor in the synthesis of cholesterol. The mechanism of action is still unclear, but it may be due to its ability to inhibit complex enzyme reactions such as those involved in apoptosis and cell division. Fluorolink(R) D has also been shown to be effective against human leukemia HL-60 cells and K562 cells.
