Descripción

(2S)-2-[(7-Fluoro-2,3-Dihydro-1H-Inden-4-Yl)Oxymethyl]Morpholine is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor that binds to the 5HT1A receptor. It is used in the treatment of long term depression and has been shown to be effective against nervous system diseases. This drug has also been found to inhibit cancer cell proliferation and may be useful as an adjuvant therapy for cancer patients. (2S)-2-[(7-Fluoro-2,3-Dihydro-1H-Inden-4-Yl)Oxymethyl]Morpholine can be used in the diagnosis of serotonin reuptake inhibitors by determining its binding affinity to the 5HT1A receptor.
