Descripción:H-Glu-Thr-OH is a molecule that belongs to the group of aminoglycosides. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit. H-Glu-Thr-OH has been shown to be effective against various bacteria, including those that are resistant to other antibiotics such as penicillin and erythromycin. This drug has also been shown to be effective against cancer cells in vitro. H-Glu-Thr-OH is a potent inhibitor of inflammatory bowel disease, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα). The drug also has an insulin sensitizing effect in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, which may be due to its ability to enhance glucose uptake into skeletal muscle cells and adipocytes.
