Descripción:H-Gly-Arg-OH is a hydrophobic molecule that is structurally similar to the amino acid composition of casein. It has been shown to be an efficient method for the isolation of casein from milk. H-Gly-Arg-OH binds reversibly to casein and can be used as a reagent in immunoaffinity chromatography and filtration. The residue obtained after enzymatic activity can be used for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
