Descripción:H-Gln-Glu-OH is a pharmacological inhibitor that blocks the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and inhibits cell proliferation. It has been shown to inhibit endothelial cell proliferation in vitro. H-Gln-Glu-OH also inhibits the tyrosine kinase activity of EGFR, which is necessary for the activation of phospholipase C. This inhibition prevents atherogenic cell functions and has been shown to inhibit the growth of human epidermoid carcinoma in tissue culture.
