Descripción:H-Gly-Gly-Glu-OH is a hydrolysate of the proteasome peptide. It has reversed-phase and liquid chromatography properties, which make it a useful biochemical tool for the analysis of proteins. The carboxylate group at the end of H-Gly-Gly-Glu-OH can be used as an isopeptide to determine the sequence of peptides that are synthesized by a prokaryotic or eukaryotic cell. H-Gly-Gly-Glu-OH can also be used to cleave ligation products in order to analyse them.
