Descripción:H-Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Thr-Pro-OH is a cyclic peptide that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. It also inhibits the growth of prostate cancer cells by binding to integrin receptors, which are found on the surface of normal prostate cells and cancerous prostate cells. The H-Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Thr-Pro peptide has been shown to inhibit fibronectin and collagen production in a model system, which may be due to its ability to regulate intracellular calcium levels. This peptide also inhibits the growth factor β1, which is involved in the proliferation of pluripotent cells such as embryonic stem cells.
