Descripción:H-Glu-AMC is a fluorescent substrate for the aminopeptidases that can be used for their detection in extracellular spaces. H-Glu-AMC is also a model substrate for homopolymeric strings, which are detectable by microscopy. The pathogenesis of hyopneumoniae has been shown to be associated with an increase in aminopeptidase activity and tissue plasminogen activator on the surface of the bacteria. It has been shown that these enzymes are responsible for cleaving proline from the amino acid chain, resulting in a break in the peptide bond.
