Descripción:Z-Gly-Gly-Leu-AMC is a small molecule that inhibits the activity of certain enzymes, such as poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), which are involved in DNA repair and DNA replication. It has been shown to be effective against cancer cells and is used for the treatment of various cancers, including breast cancer. Z-Gly-Gly-Leu-AMC has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be useful for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. The drug binds to PARP, inhibiting its ability to interact with other proteins, thereby preventing activation of proapoptotic protein.
