Descripción:Ganodermanondiol is a natural compound that belongs to the group of polyhydroxylated sterols. It has been shown to inhibit protease activity and have anticomplement activity, as well as inhibit the growth of cancer cells. The physiological effects of ganodermanondiol are not yet fully understood, but it has been found to have anti-angiogenic effects in chronic bronchitis patients. Ganodermanondiol is also an inhibitor of hydroxylation and has been found to have food composition properties. Ganodermanondiol is a component of the fungus Ganoderma lucidum, which can be obtained from its acetate extract or by extraction from the wood.
