Descripción

Glycidyl Lauryl Ether is a cationic surfactant that consists of an epoxy, ether and hydrocarbon. It is used for wastewater treatment due to its high thermal stability, low toxicity and resistance to hydrolysis. Glycidyl Lauryl Ether has a hydrophobic effect and can be used as a reactive intermediate in the synthesis of polymers. It also has the ability to bind to fatty acids and alcohols through hydrogen bonding, which makes it suitable for use as a foaming agent in detergents.
