1-(1,1,2,2,3,3,3-Heptafluoropropyl-propane-2-ylamino)-3-Naphthalen-1-yloxypropan-2-ol hydroiodide is a drug that stabilizes the heart by inhibiting fibrillation. This drug can be used to treat ventricular arrhythmias and cardiac arrest. 1-(1,1,2,2,3,3,3-Heptafluoropropylpropane-2-ylamino)-3Naphthalen-1yloxypropan 2ol hydroiodide binds to β adrenergic receptors in the heart cells and blocks the binding of adrenaline. This prevents the stimulation of beta adrenergic receptors and reduces heart rate
