Descripción:HOTU is a uronium salt derivative of Oxyma used as a coupling reagent in peptide chemistry. HOTU is highly reactive, generates water-soluble by-products, therefore the purification is easily achieved. HOTU forms an acyl oxime upon activation of the carboxylic acid and this reacts with the amine generating the final product.
