Descripción:
N'-Hydroxy-2-phenylethanimidamide (NHPEEA) is a drug that inhibits the transcription factor HIF-1α, which regulates the expression of genes involved in cellular response to hypoxia. NHPEEA has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and metastasis in cellular and xenograft models. It was also shown to inhibit the proliferation of Skov3 cells under hypoxic conditions.
