Descripción:4'-Hydroxyacetophenone is a natural compound that belongs to the group of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde esters. The biological properties of 4'-hydroxyacetophenone are not well understood. It has been shown to have insecticidal properties in vivo, and it is also known to function as an inhibitor of hydrogen fluoride. 4'-Hydroxyacetophenone has been shown to have anti-obesity effects in animal studies, which may be due to its ability to inhibit fatty acid synthase activity. This compound also has a number of glycoside derivatives that exhibit antibiotic or anticancer activities.
