• Descripción: Hederacoside D is a triterpenoid saponin that has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity against skin cancer cells. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and may be used as an alternative treatment for skin diseases. Hederacoside D has been shown to exhibit cytotoxic effects on human HL-60 leukemia cells in vitro by inhibiting the production of reactive oxygen species. Hederacoside D also inhibits the growth of carcinoma cell lines, including HT-29 and A549, in vitro. Clinical studies have been conducted with Hederacoside D and it has been found to be well tolerated and does not produce any toxic side effects.
