• Descripción: 2-Iminobiotin is a reactive molecule that has been used as an experimental model for the study of protein synthesis, energy metabolism, and neuroprotection. The binding of 2-Iminobiotin to streptavidin has been shown to inhibit GABA-induced currents in rat brain cells.
