Descripción

Isoxaflutole is an herbicide that inhibits the metabolism of plants by interfering with the synthesis of chlorophyll. It has a reaction mechanism that involves intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Isoxaflutole also has inhibitory properties on epidermal growth factor and tissue culture, which are model systems for cancer tissues. This agent has been shown to have high values in detection sensitivity, as it is able to detect concentrations down to 10-12 M.
