Isopropylsulfonamide is a synthetic compound that has been shown to inhibit the activity of serine protease. Isopropylsulfonamide was also found to have neurotrophic effects in mice, leading to the activation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and insulin receptors. It has also been shown to increase cortisol concentration in rats. Clinical studies have demonstrated that isopropylsulfonamide can be used as an anti-hepatitis agent. The pharmacokinetic properties of isopropylsulfonamide have been studied using magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In this experiment, it was found that isopropylsulfonamide had a high uptake rate, but a low metabolic stability in the liver and kidneys.
