Descripción:2-Imidazolidone - Hydrate is a hydroxylated glycol ether with a light emission property. It is soluble in water and has an irritating odor. 2-Imidazolidone - Hydrate can be used as a precursor for the synthesis of polymaleic acid when combined with trifluoroacetic acid or polymaleic anhydride. This product reacts with ethylene diamine to produce a compound that can be used to synthesize antiinflammatory drugs. 2-Imidazolidone - Hydrate also binds to receptors, such as the receptor for fatty acids, which may lead to metabolic disorders.
