Descripción

Isoliquiritigenin is a natural compound that inhibits the kinase activity of cyclin-dependent protein kinases. It has been shown to inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in human cancer cells. Isoliquiritigenin has also been shown to inhibit the growth of several cancer cell lines, including prostate cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, and colon cancer. Isoliquiritigenin was found to inhibit the growth of these cells by interfering with their ability to synthesize DNA and proteins.
