1-(5-Isoquinolinesulfonyl)piperazine hydrochloride (1-ISOQ-PIP) is a chemical compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of leukemia cells. It inhibits the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor, which may be due to its ability to introduce modifications into the sequence of DNA. 1-ISOQ-PIP also inhibits pluripotent stem cells and induces adipocyte differentiation.
