Descripción

Izalpinin is a natural compound that belongs to the class of flavonoids. Izalpinin has been shown to inhibit the growth of bacteria through its ability to increase mitochondrial membrane potential and prevent the leakage of cytochrome c from mitochondria. The flavonoid also inhibits the inflammatory response caused by bacterial infection.
