Información del producto
- 3-Fluoropropyl iodide
- Propane,1-fluoro-3-iodo- (6CI,9CI)
- 1-IODO-3-FLUOROPROPANE
1-Iodo-3-fluoropropane is a molecule that has been studied for its biological properties, including 5HT2C binding affinity. It is an analog of 1-iodo-2,5-difluoroethane and a nucleophilic chloride that reacts with amines to produce acrylamides.
In vitro studies have shown that 1-Iodo-3-fluoropropane has an uptake in the rat striatum and can cause degenerative diseases when used for long periods of time. It also has been shown to be toxic to rats at high doses, but does not appear to be toxic at low doses.
