PF 04885614 is a potent and selective inhibitor of human potassium channels. The molecular mechanism of inhibition by PF 04885614 remains to be elucidated. In cell-based experiments, it was found that PF 04885614 binds to the extracellular domain of the hERG channel with high affinity and inhibits its function. This antibody is intended for use as a research tool in cell biology, peptides, pharmacology, ligand, activation, ion channels and life science.
PF 04885614 has been shown to react with mouse, rat and human erythrocytes as well as with bovine and porcine brain tissue.
