Descripción:This is a new inhibitor of phosphatase 2A (PP2A) that is in the form of a zwitterion. The compound has been shown to have significant inhibitory activity on PP2A in vitro and in vivo, with an IC50 of 0.12 μM and 0.28 μM respectively. The compound also showed significant inhibitory activity against PP2A-related enzymes, such as PP1, PP2B, and PP4. Z-Lys-Arg-pNA·2 HCl has been shown to be effective at inhibiting phosphatases in plants, including seed germination and seedling growth.
