Descripción:H-Lys-Arg-Thr-Leu-Arg-OH is a synthetic substrate that inhibits the enzyme adriamycin phosphatase, which is involved in the catalytic mechanism of adriamycin. It has potent inhibitory activity against the enzyme and was found to be more potent than Adriamycin in binding to and inhibiting protein synthesis. H-Lys-Arg-Thr-Leu-Arg-OH has been shown to phosphorylate proteins by an unknown mechanism. This compound also has an analog that displays similar inhibitory properties, but with a different affinity for the il2 receptor.
