Descripción:L-Lysine HCl is a sodium salt of lysine. It is used as a nutritional supplement, and may be useful in the treatment of cancer cells. L-Lysine HCl has been shown to increase the proliferation of pluripotent cells (cells with the potential to differentiate into any type of cell) and to inhibit cellular transformation. It also plays an important role in energy metabolism by activating the enzyme complex that catalyzes the conversion of pyruvate to acetyl coenzyme A.
