MeOSuc-Ala-Phe-Lys-AMC has been shown to have a macroscopic effect on vessels in tissue culture, and this can be observed through leucocyte migration. MeOSuc-Ala-Phe-Lys-AMC has also been shown to cause haemorrhagic changes in microvessels and muscle cells. This compound is also able to inhibit placental growth factor and muscle cell proliferation, as well as reducing the number of microvessels in the placenta.
