Información del producto
Methyl 3-amino-6-chloropicolinate is a natriuretic peptide that has been shown to have potent atrial natriuretic activity in vivo. At the molecular level, it binds to the natriuretic peptide receptor and activates adenylate cyclase, which leads to an increase in intracellular cAMP levels. Methyl 3-amino-6-chloropicolinate has an EC50 of 10 nanomolar and its agonistic activity is mediated by the activation of guanylate cyclase. Methyl 3-amino-6-chloropicolinate may be optimized for use as a drug by modifying the hydroxy group on the molecule to optimize binding and efficacy.
