Descripción

Morpholine is a cholinergic molecule and is used in the treatment of bowel disease. It has been shown to increase dopamine levels in the brain, which can help with brain function. Morpholine binds to sodium citrate, a substrate molecule that provides energy for cells, and this binding inhibits the production of neurotrophic factors. This inhibition leads to decreased cell growth, which may be due to an effect on neuro2a cells. Morpholine also inhibits guanine nucleotide-binding proteins, which are known for their role in locomotor activity and neurotransmission.
