Descripción:ML 364 is a small molecule that has been shown to inhibit epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and β-catenin, which are proteins involved in cancer progression. It also inhibits the production of fatty acids and natriuretic peptides. ML 364 targets the EGFR pathway by inhibiting the binding of epidermal growth factor (EGF) to its receptors, thereby blocking cell proliferation and tumorigenesis. This molecule also blocks the activation of β-catenin, which is required for tumor development. In addition, it has been shown to have potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. The biochemical properties of ML 364 have been studied extensively in both animal models and human cells.
