Descripción:Myricetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid, which is primarily sourced from various fruits, vegetables, teas, and medicinal plants. It is found abundantly in the bark of the Myrica species, as well as in grapes, onions, and berries. Myricetin functions as an antioxidant by scavenging free radicals, thus mitigating oxidative stress. It also exerts anti-inflammatory effects through modulation of signaling pathways, including the inhibition of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and downregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
