Descripción:
Methyl 3-(furfurylthio)propionate is a sterilant used to prevent bacterial and fungal growth in a variety of products including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and animal feed. Methyl 3-(furfurylthio)propionate is effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms. It is also used in the production of flavorings such as benzyl acetate and ethyl acetate.
