Descripción:4-Methylaminophenol sulfate is an enzyme substrate that is used in the analytical method for determining the concentration of potassium dichromate. It is prepared by reacting 4-methylaminophenol with sulfuric acid, and its optimum concentration is 0.2 mM. The linear calibration curve was obtained at a pH range of 2 to 5.4 and a temperature range of 25 to 37°C. The analytical method can be applied to human serum samples and has been shown to be applicable for studies on autoimmune diseases and anthelmintics.
