Descripción

(R)-3-Methylmorpholine is a potent inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) that have been implicated in the development and progression of cancer. It inhibits the PI3Ks at low concentrations, which may result in cell death. This drug also has an anti-inflammatory effect on cancer cells by inhibiting the production of lipids that promote inflammation. The pharmacokinetic properties of (R)-3-methylmorpholine include oral absorption, with a half-life of about 2 hours. In addition, it is well tolerated and does not cause any adverse side effects such as nausea or vomiting.
