Información del producto
- 1H-Pyrrolo[2,3-D]Pyrimidine, 4-Methoxy-
4-Methoxy-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d] pyrimidine is a synthetic nucleoside that is used as a starting material for the synthesis of carbocyclic nucleosides. It has anti-hepatitis C virus activity and can be used to synthesize deazahypoxanthine, which can be converted to corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF). CRF is a peptide hormone that binds to its receptor and has been shown to inhibit the growth of certain types of cancer cells. 4-Methoxy-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d] pyrimidine also binds to other receptors such as dopamine D1 and serotonin 5HT2A.
