Descripción:1-Naphthyl acetate is a cell-permeable esterase substrate that can be used for the treatment of lymphocytic leukemia, lung cancer, and Alzheimer's disease. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mice by inhibiting cytochrome P450 enzymes. In addition, 1-naphthyl acetate has been found to be effective at inhibiting protein kinase activity in human cells. As a result, it may have potential as a therapeutic agent for leukemia and Alzheimer's disease.
