Información del producto
- 1H-Pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde, 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-
1-(4-Nitrophenyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (1NPCA) is a nitrogenous compound that has been shown to react with alkaline solutions. The reaction between 1NPCA and an alkaline solution can occur in the presence or absence of a solvent. This reaction yields p-nitrophenol, which can then be oxidized to yield nitrobenzene. The addition of chloroform to this mixture leads to the formation of chloronitrobenzene. In acidic conditions, 1NPCA reacts with succinimide to form 1-(4-nitrosulfonyl)pyrrole, which can be further oxidized by permanganate to yield 4-nitrosodimethylamine.
