Descripción

S-Nitroso-N-acetyl-D-b,b-dimethylcysteine is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that has antioxidative properties. It also exhibits DNA binding activity in an experimental model and ATP levels in the presence of light. S-Nitroso-N-acetyl-D-b,b-dimethylcysteine inhibits cyclase and protease activity. This drug induces physiological effects such as vasodilation and inhibition of platelet aggregation at pharmacological levels. S-Nitroso-N acetyl D,B,B dimethyl cysteine is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent that can be used to treat prostate cancer cells.
