Z-NH-PEG2-CH2COOH is a chromatographic stationary phase that is used in liquid chromatography. It is a polymeric material with high hydrophobicity and excellent thermal stability, which has been shown to be effective in the separation of phosphoric acid. The elution time for this stationary phase can be varied by changing the concentration of acetonitrile in the mobile phase, as well as the flow rate. This stationary phase has a detection wavelength of 280 nm and an elution wavelength of 260 nm. Z-NH-PEG2-CH2COOH is available from Agilent Technologies.
