Información del producto
6-NITRO-2-PHENYL-1H-BENZO[D]IMIDAZOLE is a molecule that has been shown to inhibit the activity of topoisomerase, an enzyme involved in DNA replication. 6-NITRO-2-PHENYL-1H-BENZO[D]IMIDAZOLE inhibits the synthesis and release of proinflammatory cytokines and inflammatory molecules, such as prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and nitric oxide (NO). The inhibition of these molecules is mediated by the inhibition of topoisomerase. This inhibition may be due to its ability to act as a radical. 6NITRO-2-PHENYL-1H-BENZO[D]IMIDAZOLE also inhibits P38 kinase activation in response to stimulation with naphthalene or dithionite.
