Descripción:Naphthalene-1-Diazonium Tetrafluoroborate is a pyridine diazonium salt that is used as a photosensitizer in organic chemistry. It has been shown to be an effective electron acceptor. Diazonium salts are synthesized by the reaction of a diazonium salt with a strong base, such as sodium or potassium hydroxide. This reagent can also be used to produce biaryls through the reaction of an aromatic amine with an aryl halide. The yields are dependent on the type of reaction and the conditions under which it occurs.
