Phenylmethyl N-[(2S)-1-Oxo-1-[[(2S)-1-Oxo-1-[[(2S)-1-(1,1,1-Trifluoro-4-Methyl-2-Oxopentan-3-Yl)Pyrrolidine-2-Carbonyl]Amino]Propan- 2-Yl]Amino]Propan-2-Yl]Carbamate (PMOAC) is a serine proteinase inhibitor that is used to treat inflammatory diseases. It inhibits leukocyte elastase, an enzyme that destroys the elastic fibers in the lungs and other tissues.
