Descripción:
2-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phenol is a pharmaceutical that belongs to the class of antimycotics. It has been experimentally synthesised and found to have antibacterial and antibacterial activity. 2-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phenol inhibits bacterial growth by binding to the enzyme DnaA, which is required for bacterial replication. 2-(1H-Pyrrol-1-yl)phenol also binds to alkali metal ions, such as potassium and sodium, in order to form an insoluble ion pair, forming low yields. The yield of the product is increased when sulfur is added at the beginning of the reaction.
