Descripción:Pyribenzoxim is a herbicide that inhibits the growth of perennial ryegrass and other plants. It has been shown to inhibit fatty acid synthesis by inhibiting acetyl-CoA carboxylase in rat liver microsomes. The enzyme hydrolysis of pyribenzoxim is mediated by glucuronide conjugate. Pyribenzoxim has also been used in pharmaceutical preparations such as capsules, tablets, and injections. The chemical reactions of pyribenzoxim are based on carbonyl group and vitro test. In vivo tests have shown high resistance for this compound.
